As every custom Sleishman kit is built from scratch, colors and finishes are mixed and applied on a drum/kit to drum/kit basis only.
Our expert finishers can match most colors, stains, fades or sparkles thrown their way. You can choose between high gloss lacquer or our very classy satin finish.
In order to keep in line with our totally free-floating shell policy, we do not use laminated drum wraps on our shells. Contrary to most popular belief, plastic wraps do affect a drums resonance, so we only use the highest quality poly-urethane lacquer available, to hand finish each Sleishman shell.
However, outer laminates of exotic wood ply, do not affect a drums performance (they may even enhance it!), so we do offer an ever-increasing range of exotic ply finishes.
