Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders using either COURIERS PLEASE or AUSTRALIA POST. We always use the FASTEST METHOD for your location. As an estimate – please allow between 5 – 10 working days for your order to arrive. Once your order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information you require to check the status of your order. Please keep this information for reference until your order arrives.

PLEASE NOTE our shipping methods require a person to sign for delivery – it is advised to ship to an address where a person will be present between 9am – 5pm on normal business days. Note, we do not ship to post office boxes.

If there is no one available when the delivery is attempted you will receive a CALLING CARD that details what actions you need to take to collect your order or arrange for another delivery time. PLEASE check your tracking details or calling card before you contact us to follow up on your order.

Damaged Goods

We will always examine ALL goods before we ship, however, there is the possibility of an error, or perhaps the courier has caused some damage along the way. To return a damaged item please get in touch with us before you send it – so we can work out the best outcome for your situation. In some cases a simple part could be the solution as opposed to shipping an entire drum or drum kit back and forth.

Send an email info@sleishman.com containing your order number & an outline of what the issue is. Photos are required in most cases.

We will  get in touch with you ASAP & work out the fastest way to solve your issue.

We are flexible & will always do our best to look after you. 

CHANGE YOUR MIND?

Unfortunately we DO NOT refund or exchange on change of mind.

If for some reason you decide to change your size or colour preference mid-production there is a CHANCE we can accommodate these changes. However in most cases once we receive an order confirmation the drums are allocated and can not be altered.

We love working with our customers to help decide what will suit them best, so feel free to contact us regarding your purchase before making a final decision.
